Neemaad News Media is an independent Persian-language news and analysis outlet, run by a volunteer network of veteran journalists who came together out of a shared commitment to accurate, professional and impartial journalism.
The name Neemaad refers in Persian to the act of discerning truth from falsehood — a principle that guides everything we publish.
Neemaad is not affiliated with any government, institution or political group. Our independence is the precondition of our readers’ trust. The only bond we proudly declare is a deep connection to Iran, its broader cultural sphere and its heritage, whose flourishing we wish to see.
Neemaad News Media Inc is officially registered in Washington, D.C., USA, and has been recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (effective November 27, 2025). Donations to Neemaad are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law.

Our Editorial Principles
- Independence: No affiliation with any state, organization or political faction. Financial support is accepted from independent citizens and from reputable peace-oriented institutions, including charities, whose values align with our mission — never from governments or political groups.
- Accuracy: Access to precise news, credible sources and reality-based analysis is a fundamental right of citizens.
- No to violence: We refuse, on principle, to endorse or normalize violence rooted in war or terror.
- No to hatred: We do not publish or promote content that fuels ethnic, religious, linguistic, regional or gender-based division and hatred.
